01 — Why This Retreat
Why Women
choose this retreat
Small Group
Up to 10 participants, so every woman receives attention, space and depth. No crowds — just genuine connection with yourself and others.
More Than Rest
Body practices, psychological work and gentle integration — not just a superficial recharge. You leave with real tools, not only beautiful memories.
South Tyrol
Mountains, silence and space that make it easier to hear yourself and restore your inner rhythm. The Dolomites become part of the process — not just a backdrop.
Lasting Results
Not only relaxation, but clarity, inner decisions and a sense of groundedness after you return home. Many participants speak of changes weeks later.

04 — Results
What changes
in those 3 days
Specific, tangible shifts — not promises, but what participants themselves describe when they return home.
You stop living in a state of constant inner tension
Tension eases when you understand its nature — and a real choice about how to respond becomes possible.
You learn to notice and regulate emotions rather than suppress them
Not to erase or silence them — but to understand what they are telling you and act from a place of awareness.
You reconnect with yourself and your desires
After years of living for others — you start hearing yourself again. What do I want? What truly matters to me?
You begin to see the next step in your life more clearly
The inner noise quietens. A clarity emerges that is hard to find in everyday life.
You feel greater inner stability and grounding
Not 'everything is resolved', but a sense that you are standing on your own feet. And that is your foundation.
05 — Programme
Three days.
Three levels.
One path — to yourself.
Each day is a distinct stage of transformation. The logic moves from awareness through release to creating something new.
The first day is dedicated to an honest look inward. We slow down to notice what actually triggers our emotional reactions.

Acceptance and inner freedom
I Am: Freedom from the Fear of Being Yourself
Our 3-day 'I Am' retreat was a deep journey into self-discovery, created for women to overcome imposter syndrome and self-doubt. We combined the depth of psychology with the power of nature.
29–31 August 2025 · South Tyrol
Restoration and inner support
Inner Home
It was a space where desires are born and wings spread wide. At the end of August we gathered a closed women's circle in the scenic Alps to find each woman's source of inner strength.

Mountain
Reset
Three days in South Tyrol, exclusively for women — to breathe out, slow down and come back to yourself through movement, nature and beautiful simple practices.
This will be a different format. No deep psychological work or complex analysis. The focus is on restoration, stillness, a women-only space and a gentle return to yourself. We are gathering a small group of women for three days in the mountains, where you can expect: art practices, yoga with views of the Dolomites, meditations and breathwork, sauna, forest walks, real conversations and the feeling that, for once, there is nowhere you need to rush.
“Sometimes the most important changes begin not with analysis, but with silence, fresh air, movement and beauty around you.”

09 — Location
A place that
helps you slow down
We chose this secluded spot in the heart of South Tyrol with purpose. It holds a rare combination of silence, openness and natural strength — one that quietly begins to restore a person from within.
The mountains offer more than beauty. They restore a sense of scale, beside which the inner noise gradually loses its grip. Tension eases, breathing deepens, and attention naturally returns to you. Nature here is a full part of the retreat. Morning meditations with views of the Dolomites, walks through the forest, fresh air, silence, dinners under the open sky — all of this supports the inner work and makes it deeper, more subtle and more honest.
